Can rebuilt cars with wrecked titles still be dependable?

yes they can but you must be careful I would want to see before repair picture of the car don't buy one that looks like 3 people were killed in I have many such rebuilders in my area many in business 20 years or more this does not mean they do quality repair try to find someone that can tell you about this business many people cut corners on work like this to make big profits if they do quality work they will let you take this car to your favorite mechanic to have it looked at before you buy I think you can judge this place largely on their aperance is it a clean well kept and professional looking do all workers were uniforms please do not depend on warranties sold by some insurance company and as always be careful if the price is to good to be true it is good luck
