Has this courier company ukparcelexpress a good reputation?

Recently, I was told that a parcel has been sent by one friend who only meet on line and lives in uk to my country (Asia) by this company, unfortunately, I was told by them that my parcel has been stuck ed by U.A. E custom and a big amount fine should be sent to a personal account in U.A.E. in five days to release the parcel. I don't know whether I was told a lie by my friend (my friend told me that he was in oversea at the moment and cant help to pay fine in such tight time) and this company?
