Where do I send my e-file taxes?

I have until tomorrow to get these mailed out so please help me out. I went on irs.gov and did the e-file for free. I filled out the 1040 A but i sent that e-file and since i did it online it says send a 8453-OL paper signed to the irs. So i have that completed and now im stuck with the ohio state tax forms. There are 4 papers. I did e-file but I have to send these in somewhere. It says IT 1040 if that helps. This is my first time filing on my own and plus doing it myself online. I sign all the papers for the state and it says to put the payment enclosed and send to ohio department of taxaction, but online I marked for my 15 dollars I owe to state taxes to be deducted out of my refund but thers no info about that on here? Theres also a ohio- IT-40P income tax payment voucher that was printed out? Whats this for? It says include this voucher and check or money order to ohio treasurer of state. If you are not enclosing this voucher w/ ohio income tax return mail to ohio taxation?????
