How do you clear a record from your criminal report when the case was null processed?

The case was for misdemeanor petty theft which I was not aware of until a background check pulled it up. The background check said I still had a outstanding warrant. When I called the courthouse in Florida though they said the case had been null processed and was closed. How can I get this off my record and clear the warrant issued?
