Pop/click sound in womb? 32 wks pregnant?

hi all, i called my midwife to tell her every day, several times a day i hear/feel this popping/clicking noise in my belly. it's like the sound of a knuckle popping underwater and i can feel a little twinge when it happens. is it my baby or me? she had never heard of it! was wondering if anyone else had this. and it's loud and completely audible outside my belly, not hiccups of the baby or something quiet. its' weird!
