What is the best handheld programmer for my 2000 Camaro Z28?

I've got cold air intake, headers, off-road y-pipe, full exhaust. In the distant future, I plan to add electric cutouts. I might even install a better cam, LS6 intake and a Procharger. What would be the best programmer to handle all of these upgrades? I'm thinking the Hypertech Hyperpac. I like the large screen and ET times. Suggestions please!
