HELP!! new school......?

so i might go to a new school soon...NOT 4 anything bad, i got into a really good school my mom has wanted me to go to 4ever. but i'm popular at my school now, and i'm getting my letter as a freshmen girl, if i can stay till the end of swim season. Everything is great at my school now, it took me a while to get to this. So the question is how do i get to where i am now at a new school. I am where i want to be, abd i don't want to lose it. HELP
