Can a gall bladder condition cause vertigo when you drink alcoholic beverages. I mean like one gl of wine?

Several episodes of vertigo and nausea have followed (about 2-3 hours) when I've had a very moderate amount to drink. Sometimes with a little to eat and sometimes with a full meal. What gives?
