College Professor gave me the wrong grade and he denies it?

You'll need to (politely) appeal to him to disclose your individual grades to calculate your total. Badgering him won't do it. Once you have those individual grades in writing (email should suffice), if you can show a calculation error, a grade appeals officer -might- be able to intervene on your behalf. That's your best chance.
