Help with Final Fantasy X-2....?

I'm stuck at this one part on X-2... I can't find the 2nd cactus thing that you're supposed to find... I've looked everywhere... I know that it's right in front of me but I can't find it... it's supposed to be near some kind of water, I thought Besaid but it's not there either. Help!
