I need this surgery bad, can anyone help?

My medical insurance has a writer on any weight loss surgery no matter what the medical condition might be. I am really in need of gastric byp surgery. Is there anyone that i could find a doctor that is willing to help me. I am a insulin dependent diabetic and this surgery could mean a difference between life and death for me.
