If Cartels like OPEC are illegal under US free-trade & Anti-Trust laws, why doesn't USgov enforce those laws?
This is the fully-worded Q: If commodity( and service) Cartels, like Monopolies, are illegal under our free-trade & Anti-Trust laws,why doesn't the USgov't under Bush43 & Cheney enforce those laws against price fixing OPEC?
