Is the young generation need to learn how to speak/use good language?

Now a days it noticeable that , most of the youngsters are commonly using bad words while they speak or while they chat or abusing on internets. Do you think that, this is the "modern" attitude, or the way the parents build up their culture? Do you think they will be matured in later stage ?
