Why does my stomach do this?

when someone touches my stomach i suck in and i cant control it. it just happens. it feels really weird and its embarring. i usually smack their hand away because it makes me jump and its just like a reflex but if i don't smack their hand away it just keeps happening and i dont know if they notice it but its really embarring. is this ual or am i just ticklish?
