Can anyone recommend any heart-wrenching instrumental/clical pieces of music?

I've been looking for some romantic music, but with no singing. Such as "Kisses and Cake" by John Powell or "I Love N.Y.E." by Badly Drawn Boy. And also, any good clical music, because i have no idea where to start with composers such as Mozart, please recommend stuff! And of course, Happy New Year :)
